The GOP propaganda network is now officially 0-5 in being allowed to ask a question at the President elect's news conferences. Obama made it clear during the campaign that he felt the treatment he and his family were receiving at Faux, an example of which can be seen here, was below the belt....now it's time for payback.

Where's the outrage from the Left that was so prevalent when Palin did the same thing?
I dont think she deliberately shut out news networks that had been critical of her, did she? I dont remember this happening.

However, also remember that Fox's viewership will go way up now, and generate even more, uh, Fox viewers. The OP's link also links to a puff piece about Brit Hume:
Asked how Fox will fare in an Obama administration, he begs off.
"We don't really know," he said, noting that the channel's ratings, after skyrocketing during the Clinton years, flattened during the recent Bush Administration. But once the Democrats took back control of the House and Senate in 2006, "our ratings picked up like mad, and we sense that may happen again, but a lot depends," he added, "on which Obama we get."
