That's cool, lots of reasons in this world to eat ice cream. I seem to recall a flavor called "Better Luck Next Time," maybe you could get a pint of that. Or skip the sentiments and just get some Cherry Garcia. Best flavor ever.
hahaha, are you guys picking on that poor defenseless ice cream (or should I say "pecan" on that ice cream? )
LOL, Ben and Jerry's must be lovin' it, it's a marketing dream. They managed to come up with a bad pun that honors a popular president... and it comes with a pronounciation controversy to make sure people are talking about it.
I think it's just regular butter pecan with a jazzy new name. (It's a play on "Yes We Can.") Nothing like a little capitalism to celebrate a new president...
Well, that would be true if that "president" were not a socialist.

LOL, suddenly I have this vision of Obama striding into the Ben & Jerry factory in Vermont. "How dare you have a capitalistic marketing campaign!" he'll shout. "Comrades, I declare this to be the People's ice cream!"
Well, that image will keep me from having nuts in my ice cream on inaugral day.
By the way, I received a commemorative inaugral invitation in the mail yesterday. It is really nice looking and something that I plan to keep. I may even frame it. I assume that they went to all supporters of Obama who sent money to his campaign. Did you all get one? Too bad that I can't get to Washington. I will have to have my ice cream, with or without nuts, in my living room in front of the television set at the little inaugral bash we are having in our mini-mansion in Abilene.
Yeah, I got one too. It's really nice, I'm also going to frame it.
Hmmm, I don't think ice cream is going to end up being a tool for socialist propagada. Actually, it looks like capitalism is paying off handsomely for B&J. I stopped by Bloom to pick up a pint, and they had already sold out. They said they were all snapped up on the day the delivery arrived.
