Certainly nobody in this forum knows what the truth is. It's likely none of us will ever know. This issue is just a diversion from the central question of water boarding, and serves no purpose other than political. We certainly don't need more of that.

For partisan sheep the issue is focused on the Bush administration. For those who want a better government, not full of corruption, what Nancy does along with most of the gang in DC is the issue.

Sad for me to say, but yes, I think she should resign. In the least she should step down as speaker.

IMO, it isn't about what she knew or did not know at this point. Her credibility has been blown by the way she has handled this sitation.

She should stay right where she is. Time to charge the torturers or the ones who ordered it.

If your wife or young daughter were targets of Al Qaeda, not specifically, but as part of a mass murder on American soil, "Would feel that it was more important to give killers that opportunity"? Because we don't want to do unpleasant things to folks who have no respect for human life, and actually are tasked with the mission of killing Americans.

Or would you try to avert their murderous efforts? Ahead of time if possible?

You would rather allow some terrorist dude to cut your daughter's throat if given the chance than place some unpleasantries on the perpetrator.

That says a lot about you, and a lot about this country's "progressives".

I so agree with you on every point!

Why don't you get back in touch with the rest of the country? They are sick of your kind.

What a pitiful effort at a "ticking time-bomb" scenario.

From the results of the poll looks like Nancy should turn in her resignation papers.
