[] Pursuant to Title 12 USC Sec. 411, Federal Reserve Notes are obligations to pay DOLLARS on demand. That promise was repudiated in 1933, in House Joint Resolution 192, and by the Bank Holiday Act of 1933.
[] FRNs have no par value (i.e., worthless). They act as current money because of the 300 million "contributors" (equally liable) via FICA.
[] To increase the supply of FRNs, Congress must authorize more debt.
[] In 2007, 2008 and now, in 2009, Congress has borrowed MORE than it paid in interest. In other words, Congress is paying old investors with money borrowed from new investors (That's what Bernie Madoff was arrested for doing!)
[] The current national debt, over 10 trillion DOLLARS, cannot be paid with FRNs, since FRNs are evidences of debt, and not dollars. In fact, the sum of gold bullion necessary to coin over ten trillion dollars is about 101 times as much bullion as exists, above ground, in the world (based on latest estimates).
[] In short, every enumerated socialist peon is a "human resource" pledged as collateral on an impossible to pay public debt.

The said notes shall be OBLIGATIONS of the United States and shall be receivable by all national and member banks and Federal reserve banks and for all taxes, customs, and other public dues. They shall be redeemed in LAWFUL MONEY on demand at the Treasury Department of the United States, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, or at any Federal Reserve bank."
FRNs are obligations (debts) of the U.S. government to pay lawful money on demand.
LAWFUL MONEY - "The terms 'lawful money' and 'lawful money of the United States' shall be construed to mean gold or silver coin of the United States..."

Federal Reserve Notes are issued under the authority of Art 1 Sec 8 power to borrow on the credit of the United States.

The Congress shall have Power ...To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

If you don't believe it, please write a polite letter to the Social Security Administration, your congresscritter, and senators, and ask for a copy of the law that requires ALL AMERICANS to enroll into Socialist InSecurity before working in their own country. Ask for a copy of the law that punishes any American who fails to enroll.
