This is not anti-incumbent sentiment.

This is anti-obama and his policies sentiment. The voters gave him the big finger - obama again was on the losing end of an election for his fellow democrats - 0-4 now.
As usual, you make things up that support your world view, with no concern for the veracity of your statements:

Pennsylvania's 12th congressional district currently lacks representation following the death of Democrat John Murtha. The district has a Cook Partisan Voting Index score of R +1.

With the lack of truthfulness and ethics displayed in your posts, you may be a good republican candidate yourself.

Btw, both candidates in the PA-12 were campaigning AGAINST obama and his policies.

This is the district that clings to its Bibles and guns.

The people saying that Obama's policies are hurting Democratic candidates do realize that Sestak is the more liberal candidate, right? And I know a lot of Dems will disagree with me, but personally I'm upset that the Democratic Party is following the path of the GOP and electing the more partisan, polarizing candidates over more centrist candidates that can compromise and work across the aisle. Oh well, should definitely be an interesting election cycle.

The TRUTH is that the democrats in PA, a BLUE state, hold a 2-1 advantage in voter registration.

I suggest you do a little research before engaging in personal attacks.

Is Cook the end all be all for the Left now?

And that statement is what is inflaming people to get out and vote the bums out. Clinging to our freedom is what people are doing---politicians need to get a clue.

Misleading again. The district went for McCain in 2008

Doesn't bode well for the Republicans that they couldn't get a seat with no incumbent in a district that leans Republican + 1.

But go ahead, continue making misstatements, half-truths, and whatever else you seem to need to keep your little bubble of unreality going.

I did the research. The district leans republican. The state itself is a swing state.

It's anti-incumbent sentiment out there, but certainly not pro-republican sentiment.

By 900 votes.

And what does that have to do with the FACT that there are more 2-1 more registered democrats?

The Democrats have those advantages in Kentucky and Oklahoma, registration doesn't always mean how you will vote.
