I have to say your posts are bizarre! What exactly is a 'northman' just somebody that lives above 40 degrees? Somebody who has more than 60% body hair? Somebody with 'freckles'? Are 'northmen' a tribe of men that ALL find the same kind of femal look attractive? I didn't realise that 'northmen' all have exactly the same tastes.
Well; northmen are those who produces those types or those who lives in Northern Europe or Central Europe since ever (Great grand parents ecc) and it s relative; as I would look northern to an arab.

I'm sorry its just that you are compartmentalising people just because of where they live, perhaps it is because you are Italian and from a region that is perhaps less 'mixed' than say France, the Netherlands or the UK. Its just that sometimes I don't think that people realise just what a 'mish-mash' of race, cultures, religions and genetics Europe is, particularly countries in Western Europe which means there really is no standard 'type' of person in both their looks, religious beliefs or 'tastes'.
Let me just say that as a 'northern' caucasion man, with dark hair and green eyes and a bi-racial girlfriend and family I can categorically say that I quite like women of ANY colour, creed or size (makes me sound a bit shallow I know) but I see beautiful women from all over Europe and the world, with no preference as long as they are beautiful! (just don't tell my missus!) :-)

You don't get it do you! Just because they are 'darker types' doesn't mean that they are 'recently from more southern latitudes!! There has ALWAYS been dark haired Northern Europeans!! I am dark haired, my sister is dark haired and most of the people I work with are dark haired and we are not all 'recently from southern latitudes (this is the problem I have with what you are saying).

And no matter what as I sayed your darker types 90% don't look like our darker types.
Rubbish people are individuals wherever they are from, are you seriously suggesting that everybody 'dark' look identical or share the same 'features'!?
