I think non-European countries (i.e. Australia, NZ, Brazil and so on) should be able to vote, since we all know how it will end up. I think they wouldn't be as nearly influenced by European politics and have a more analytic say.

But then most of Eastern Europe will withdraw, LoL

However, I find a bit amusing how everyone blames Eastern countries and no one says anything about Scandinavian bloc.
