That is mostly Nordics and some Germanic tribes who have blue eyes.

And the article just said they were also dark skin (obviously since all of mankind originally migrated from Africa).

It also says that genetically they were closest to modern Finns, not modern Spaniards or Portuguese, which is interesting and indicates migration and/or replacement...

There is another story in the news today, about the impact of Neanderthal admixture especially regarding hair and skin...
