Europe vs USA differences. (country, people, German, work)

I've always been fascinated with Europe and
would like to know why one would choose to
live there over the United States of America.

1. How are welfare services compared to the states

2. How is health care

3. How easy is it to find work.

4. Are there any border disputes being so close
to other nations.

5. How are the people. Many Americans(Non Canadians)
tend to be cold and hard to get to know in my opinion.

1. Depends on the country. There are books to fill with the legal rules of each country.

2. For Austria: Top notch, affordable, relatively unbureaucratic.

3. Depends on your education.

4. No armed conflicts in the EU, but there are disputed borders. For example: Lake Constance. There is no legally binding agreement as to where the borders lie between Switzerland, Germany and Austria. No big deal, though. Conflicts arise when it comes to fishing and taxation.

5. No way one could generalize all Europeans.
