Barcelona. Less expensive than London or Paris, more stuff to do than Berlin or Hamburg, and less dingy looking than Rome.

London first - hands' down. London impressed the hell out of me, with it's cleanliness, it's sense of order, it's history, it's ease of getting around, the friendly and polite populace, good food - it was pleasant all the way around. I think I could live in London for YEARS and never see it all. I can't wait to go back.
