Coalition: 26%
Greens: 18.8%
Social Democrats: 15.5%
True Finns: 11.3%
Left Alliance: 9.9%

City of Turku:

Coalition: 22.9%
True Finns: 16.2% (+7% from last elections )
Social Democrats: 14.8%
Left Alliance: 14.8%
Greens: 12.9%

In Turku the racists jumped from 6th to 2nd.

Quite a bit actually. But the situation is that the traditional conservative party, the Coalition, has turned increasingly liberal, promoting individual rights, supporting gay marriage, NATO, European integration, liberalism and free market. The True Finns have sucked all the conservatives to theirselves, saying "Home, family, fatherland, christianity". Much like the UKIP and Front National does.

The True Finns are very patriotic, and some are very anti-Russian, but the majority say that we should keep good relations and promote the economical ties with Russia. The party still doesn't say no to NATO.

Why are True Finns doing well in Turku? I would expect Turku to be more like Helsinki.
