The problem is that almost all of our youtube celebrities don't speak English as they appeal to the local population, there are a few decent ones i like, but i'm not going to show them if one of the requirements of this thread involves the English language as it probably wouldn't contribute to the discussion, if someone want me to post them i will though.

We don't have requirements, but I'm sure most people don't get the point of their videos this being an english speaking forum

That's popular prank channel from St. Petersburg. They do american-style pranks and already have over 1 million subscribers. It's in russian, but there are english subtitles, you just have to turn them on.
Same here, I don't know any French youtuber who do English speaking videos.. And we have literally tons of them, and many make a good living of it. Some became so famous they are now doing (very bad) movies. Still, like most youtubers in the world, I don't find them funny or whatever.
