Would like to see all of them... Copenhagen for its cosmopolitan culture, Finland for its Lapland... but I think Iceland edges them out as my first choice destination. It seems wilder, freer, and they have more volcanoes. Can you imagine sitting in a hot spring in Iceland, watching a volcano erupt at night, while the northern lights dance in the dark sky? What isn't there to love about that?

Lapland is not only thing to see if looking some nature experience, also "Lake Finland" is worth to see (at the summer time).
Just only Lake Saimaa area have 13710 islands.
Lot of summer activities on this Lake Saimaa area, its like summer wonderland.
Example boat race MSSA, race for old race boats (60s-80s) and also for civil boats (Different classes).
It is more like "Bull Run" race than serious race, boats have etaps where have dinner, coffee and then back to race...
Lot of all kind venues for every day at summer, even power company have own show when they open the gates of Saimaa for while...They are playing music of Nightwish or Sibelius when rapid is open and also have light show if dark time (Autumn).
Recomended experience is fly over the rapid (Steel wires / sliding hooks , payment is around 20 €)
I've never been to any of the three, but my favorite band is from Finland, which led to me looking things up about Finland (culture, government, etc.) and following Finnish photographers on various social media, and now I have a mad crush on Finland. I'm actually hoping to go there next year for a milestone birthday. I also love the idea of the extremes in daylight (I'm a night person, so a looooong night is okay by me), and the thought of bands not coming on stage until midnight.
But I don't think I could handle the sauna. American prudery, I guess.

Around the Lake Saimaa, 2 days old car rally
That's why i said Finland
Big country with lots of great nature and stuff to see. Denmark and Iceland are cool, but so small.
I like the old car race. Seems there's a big love for old American cars in the Nordic countries. When I was in Sweden, in some areas it was like one out of every ten cars was an old American, and half of it low riders. Is that the same in Finland?

First, sauna is not compulsory for tourists (or even for finns)
Night life activities (I mean all kind of events, happenings and extreme things) in winter time are quite rare (Maybe only some snow boarding, inside events, etc.) but at summer time something crazy is always happening some where.
More crazy, more better, here is only few examples concerning very serious summer sports:

Yes, same here in Finland as in Sweden with old cars, mayby swedish are on step ahead on this case but summer here is full of events for old and american cars, I have visit at this summer on six of these pick-nics, shows and meetings (I have old Mustang).
First clip is from home town, local meeting with mostly local cars and local band.
Second is from one local show (City of lahti), lats of the year and will start again after 2 weeks.
Peoples are also repairing old trucks, motorcycles, boats , even trains at winter time and when summer comes, garage doors are taking all open and vehicles to the traffic.
This is nice clip, old tuck is taking to the show and on its way meet other top shape "oldie" that is also heading to the show...
