Finland, definitely. Iceland would be too isolated and Denmark is just another Holland (small and flat that is), with less people.
I'd prefer to have real winter with a thick pack of snow, not too hot summers and lots of nature
I would vote for Denmark. But truth be told, of the 3, I've only been to Denmark and Finland. I have not been to Iceland. But, based on geography, Iceland seems too isolated (perhaps some people may like that). And between Denmark and Finland, I actually found Denmark more interesting (just my preference) and Denmark seems a little more centralized to the other parts of Europe.
It's between Finland and Denmark for me. And it's a bit of a tossup.
I prefer Denmark's location and its cities and towns are more attractive and have a better vibe to me.
I find Finland's geography more interesting and prefer the winters in Finland (cold and snowy) over Denmark (cool and rainy). Summer weather is virtually identical.
People are pretty cool in both countries IMO.
