South east asian. I'm aware that London and other UK cities have a high number, but I'd like to know of other cities in Europe.

Belgium, France and Netherlands have a somewhat significant amount of Viet/Thai people due to colonial links.

Several cities in the UK have lots of Asian people, especially Indians, Bangladeshi, Pakistanis and Chineses.

I was going to suggest Vladivostok, but according to Russia's 2002 census on Wikipedia, there are less than 35,000 ethnic Chinese in Russia at all, let alone Vladivostok. I'm surprised.
