most of Quebec architecture doesn't have much of French feel. Most buildings have been built under British and English Canadian rule, as such most if Quebec is not fundammemtally different to the rest of north America. Only the oldest areas a Quebec city and Montreal have a partly dinstinct "French" aspects but mixed with Anglo aspects, giving something typically Canadian. Most if the " French" aspects of Old Quebec architecture are actually specifically derived from the traditional rural architecture of Britanny and western Normandy (see St Malo), but with other completly foreign features such as painted steel roofs (
I have not travelled that much but I would say that Quebec City and Havana would remind me most of what I think a European city feels like. And Dawson City and Inuvik the least.
I'd guess Philadelphia looks the most European (British, maybe northern France or Belgium) of all American cities; but its architecture is still too different. Particularly narrow street in or near the center city;
It's a tourist trap.
This "town" consists of two/three streets only, with "Alpine architecture."

Right, I went to one of those towns and it was just Disneyland, I'm referring to Helen, Georgia.
A few streets dressed as a swiss town to attract tourists, and the rest was your typical southern town..by the way, more interesting than a replica.
Locals did not like it at all, but it was one of those places they have in the US that are fun for the whole family.
I don't know why but to me it kind of reminds me of Paris. But who knows I might be totally wrong.
Yes it is true. Buenos Aires is full if neo-haussmanian architecture wich gives it a Parisian feel. Many avenues and perspectives are also built on the Paris model.
Havana, but the city is in shambles and some houses painted with weird colors. It will take centuries to reconstruct the city but looks..sometimes..like a western Andalusian city, Cadiz, sometimes to Coruña, pieces of Old Madrid, also modernista houses, lots of palaces in the old city which is gigantic. Also to areas of Barcelona. A large influence of the architects of Carlos III, the ones that remodeled Madrid.
A large influence of 19th century Spanish architecture around the harbour, etc.

Another interesting place is Cusco Peru https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cusco the capital of the former Incan Empire. The Spaniards razed down the ancient city and rebuilt the city, however the foundations of the buildings were left as well as some walls that were incorporated into the buildings and other Incan motifs. Also to note the rainbow flags flying around are most likely representing the Incan flag, rather than gay pride.
