In the Nordic countries, all legal residents have an address and identification number attached to their names. If Ole Larsen leaves Denmark to take a job in NYC he is considered an out-migrant.

The only Danish I have met in the US were retired people or sun worshippers. There are many "Danish Pastries" but no Danish in them. Pastries were far too sugary.

It doesn't look like a particularly liveable neighbourhood. I don't see much activity. No playground. No community facilities. What else is in that area? Just a block of concrete high-rises apartments? That's not a humane way to expect people to live and integrate with the larger city.
Are ethnic groups really that geographically isolated from one another there? No integrated schools? What initiatives are there to help immigrants pursue jobs outside of menial ones?

Are you able to judge the rate of activity, the density of playgrounds and community facilities based on a few photos? Such photos you could also take in many larger German cities. But there are of course a lot of playgrounds and community facilities.
In Düsseldorf we have the city district Garath, that looks very similar to the photos from Ariete. The percentage of people in Garath with a migration background was about 40% in 2010. It was about 35% for the whole of Düsseldorf. Garath has about 18,000 residents, and 28 public playgrounds (451 playgrounds in Düsseldorf as a whole).
You can see that it's really not a wealthy city district, but the center is always very busy. It's not a problem to live there. It's not a dangerous place. And of course the "immigrants" get in contact to the "locals". Already in 2010 the majority of those unter 18 in Düsseldorf had a migration background. It's absurd to think that Germans or immigrants will stay among themselves. In most cases it's not possible to identify, whether someone is "genuine" German, a German with a migration background or a foreigner.
