Hmm, what should I watch on the tv, at 8pm? Let's take a look, shall we...
BBC 1: Eurovision Song Contest 2017
BBC 2: Dad's Army
ITV: Britain's Got Talent
Channel 4: Walks With My Dog
Channel 5: NCIS
Yeah... think I'll stick with Britain's Got Talent. Although Dad's Army (for the umpteenth time), or even Walks With My Dog (sounds exciting!), seem more appealing than the Eurovision...
Lol, is no-one else watching the Eurovision either?! Actually, I've just put it on now, in time to see some Welsh woman singing for the UK. Expect we will come last though ...
Later update: Jesus, this is awful! 🙉 My ears are hurting!
Further update: Most of them seem to be singing in English (shock!). When did this start happening?! (I usually never watch it).

I'm following the final and listening to the songs for the first time and to my ear it seems many have copied the melody from well known songs, for example:
the most obvious one
The song is quirky but he has a lot of talent. He won't disappear after this contest like most of these guys do.
In my opinion for you Portuguese people trying to sing in English you look stupid second rate stick to singing in you mother tongue that way you come across as genuine.
I didn't care for Denmark, but the other two were good.

cant understand the love for portugal
Neither can I ( in the frame of Eurovision) but he was different, so may be people had enough of the "mainstream" music.
