Are there many immigrants from the former Spanish colony of Equatorial Guinea (Guinea Ecuatorial), living in Spain?

According to the Spanish census, there are over 12000 Guineans in Spain. That's a good amount considering total population is about 700000 people (so about 2℅ are in spain)

Senegal and Nigeria are the sub Saharan countries with more people in Spain, about 50000 each

Does Spain use the immigrants to work in agriculture (picking olives, grapes, and oranges) ?

Yes. Also construction and maids/taking care of children/elderly. Lots also work as waiters, clercks and customer service call centres. And a significant number in any other job you could imagine

No, most work in agriculture and illegal flea markets - top manta. I have not seen any as waiters or clerks. They are a quite peaceful and educated lot.

I have met a few Guineans, they are known for their perfect Spanish.

Doesn't seem too different than in Southern Italy, that's the same kind of work they offer around here. Either as often exploited workers in the endless tomato and grain fields or olive groves or always on the move and trying to illegally sell goods on their own
