It depends on your field. We can't help you if you don't tell us anything about what you have to offer an employer. Some areas of engineering and tech are in demand. Otherwise, no. Another way, depending on your field, is to get a job in the US with a company that has affiliates or branches in Europe, pay your dues for a few years, then see if you can get a transfer. What languages do you have?
They might hire Americans due to the high amount of English speaking immigrants at the moment.
Network. Research. Try to find a company with branches in Europe. There should be ways, a previous coworker of mine just moved to Sweden. He was a car mechanic with special BMW experience. He is happy there. Maybe it was Norway, don't remember.
Go to Germany, throw your papers away and pretend to be a Syrian
Seriously, I can't understand why anyone would favor Europe over the US. On the other hand, it seems that the grass is always greener on the other side, or at least appears to be so. Europeans dream about the US and Americans seem to dream about Europe.
I also like the idea of living in the US, but I am aware that I most likely have a distorted view of the US due to movies and TV and that I would hardly actually be lucky there, likewise I you might have a distorted view of Europe, why would you favor Europe over the US and which particular country do you have in mind?
