I know you guys don't know specifics..but you must know if there are possibilities ....Particularly big cities, but not limited to

It can be real depending on where the apartment is located, and if it includes bills, taxes and so on...

100 Euros a month may get you a little apartment in Albania or Montenegro, but not in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France and most other places in Western Europe. I can't speak to the eastern part though.

Only if you want to live in a car box. There are some which are as large as 20 sq/m and are avalaible for that price in the major cities. For toilettes, you would have to rely on there being a park nearby.

This is the smallest apartment i could see on sale in Turin during a quick search and it would cost €200 a month. It's in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood though and close to a daily market when you can find food and clothes for cheap as well as there being good transport links with the city center

In bigger cities? That seems difficult. One of the cheapest apartments I could find for Germany is this one:

1 Zimmer Mietwohnung in Zeitz mit 28 qm (ScoutId 78286105)

28m² (about 300 sq ft). Combined bed and living room (studo?) with small balcony, small kitchen and small bathroom. Underground car park cost €25 extra. The house was build in 1994. Net rent: €70, gross rent: €155 (incl. bills and heating).
It's in Zeitz in Sachsen-Anhalt. Populaton of about 30,000. It's not the most desirable place in Germany
