Such rankings are so trivial. Just meaningless nonsense. Statistical agencies are unable to collect a few dates about food prices in different countries. But some people believe that it's possible to compare GDP (PPP) stats between countries or even more absurd between cities.

What's more absurd? To believe in those GDP figures or that angels are real?

These rankings are of little use because the size and therefore even the population of a city aren't arbitrary. We can try to design such rankings but they will never accurately reflect how the average citizen in these cities live.

The only top 10 large European city ranked in the top 10 highest gdp per capita is Milan.
