Im not. Weather triggers pain in my body so it kinda knocks me out.
But I just finish whatever my exercise goals were for the day. Sometimes I break it up into 2 workouts so its not a long draining session. That works really well.

Humidity in the air releases toxins in building products and furniture such as formaldehyde, pesticides and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (fire retardents).

These chemicals effect the thyroid and other endocrine function as well and the central nervous system.
