I am now totally satisfied w/ myself, before or after I lost weight. I'm awesome & my friends love me for what's on the inside, not the outside.

HTH. =)
Thanks!

Your thighs and upper arms and the "pooch" above your bikini line could use some tightening up. If you did a little cardio, some strength training, and reduced (NOT eliminated!) breads/pastas, you'll probably be a tighter, more defined hourglass lady.

I'm personally in favor of well defined curves, rather than well defined muscles. So I'd say - 115 is way too skinny if you're going for the hourglass figure look (and you're obviously built for it, and you're dressing to show it off already so it's pretty clear that's what you want too). If you can get down between 130-140 and tighten everything up, you'll be exquisite.
Thanks for the advice I want to be 115 because I would like to be a size 2

I think at most 10-12lbs would get the "chubs" off. 115 on your curvy frame would look anorexic.

I'm aiming for about 135 myself and it has been a slow, slow process!
You really think so?

What makes you say that? Even with intense training I still won't be able to get that small?

I would have guessed ~155. I agree you should lose some weight. First, get rid of the clothes...they are WAY too tight and make you look a little lumpy. You seem fairly young and it is better if you lose the weight now since it might be easier.

YES! I have a similar shape to you and at 117 I looked sickly.

135-140 would probably be perfect for your frame.

I would have said 160-165. I would recommend losing about 20-30 lbs. Just remember that it is a long, slow process. The first month is just about changing your lifestyle, not specific weight goals. Once you get a good diet down and exercise routine, you might expect 1-2 lbs. per week. If you lose 5 lbs per month, you are looking at least at 4 months. You are not going to lose much weight running unless you can knock out 4-5 miles about 5 days a week. Calculate about 100 calories per mile, so 2 miles only burns 200 calories. Even at 7 days per week, you are not even burning half a pound. Diet can easily destroy exercise. A slice of pizza can wipe out that run. Running is good if you work in some intense cardio on a bike or something for 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week also. Adding in some weights helps a lot too.

I don't know anything about your physiology except what I see in the picture so certainly my response is not authoritative. But based on what I see in terms of your body shape, you will have a very hard time getting down to 115 and probably wouldn't want to anyway. Girls that small usually look like sticks. You have too much shape and too much bust.

I would have guessed smaller too. Maybe 145 or so. You don't look 165.

Keep the clothes. They look very nice on you.

Just lose the "Zorro" mask!
