While humorous the site you get to when clicking "Delay your death" (Cholesterol and other health information) seemed to be selling drugs. The left side site guide didn't list exercise as one of the topics. Although I did find some exercise videos in there eventually.

I'm suppose to die in 2054. I only gain 3 years if I get my BMI to a normal level, however I gain 11 years if I become more optimistic.

According to the results I got, it's better to be fat and happy than miserable and fit.
