I pinched a C7 nerve early last month and had to almost completely shut down all physical activity. The pain was absolutey excruciating and incapacitating. I think I'm finally on the mend. I just started back in the gym this week--elliptical and stationary cycle. Man, is it great to get back!

Good that you're on the mend! I know what you mean about how it's good to get back to getting some exercise. I had to lay off once for a few months after a bad ankle sprain, and for a few weeks another time after surgery, and I really got so I was in a rotten mood. Once exercise becomes an integral part of your life, you really miss it if a situation forces a long layoff. So the best to you as you get back into it.
