I go a hard 30 minutes and it is so different than a hard 30 minutes for outdoor biking.

It works my cardio good
The spin classes where I live are 30 minutes are very intense. I've gone to some classes in the US with my SIL and hers are a full 60 minutes. In the gym I do 30-35 minutes 3 times a week.

I have a lot of variety in my workouts but the spinner is the most intense cardio.

It is indeed! After my intense 30 minutes I will do a 10 minute gradual cool down on the spinner.

3-4 times a week is great!

When I use the spinner at the gym I choose a programme that has a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. Same with the class.

I just got back from a visit to my family in the US and only had the chance to go to spin class once. I worked out in other ways but I did miss my spinning.
