Sort of, but probably a placebo effect. I've been drinking Shakeology for years now. Make a thick chocolate shake with fruit & PB2 most mornings for breakfast.

Of course...

- protein powders (whey, casein and milk protein isolate depending on need)
- creatine (proven to be very effective)
- ephedrine (good fat burner and appetite suppressant)
- clenbuterol (similar to ephedrine but better)
- DNP (amazing fat burner but will literally cook you from the inside out if you take too much)

And of course, anabolic steroids, because they are simply awesome if you're fine with breaking the law and actually know how to run a cycle.

Magnesium. Good for what's inside of you and what you want outside of you.

I believe in a few supplements, but opt not to take any; I get everything I need through my meals.

Same as her. I'm quite low on B12.
