The only way to "get abs" is lowering your bodyfat which is done by reducing your caloric intake. Note however that it isn't possible to have visible abs and nice muscles both at the same time since lowering your weight will also result in the loss of muscle.

1. Drug free
2. Ripped
3. Muscular

You can do 2 but not all 3.

I'm 5'11 and weight 180. I'm trying to get rid of some fat around my belly but I'm also trying to gain weight for mass muscle.
Easy. Well.....its somewhat easy. First go on a cut. Then after your cut, lift HEAVY while also eating super clean and between 1500-2500 cals. But remember, you have to include the cals in the protein shakes you'll be eating while trying to gain.

Also, you need a good well rounded complete ab routine.

Oh, and you may want to rethink and/or reword what you wrote. You probably mean trying to gain "muscle" instead of gain "weight". Gaining "weight" could imply fatness and we all know what isnt what you meant or want.

Thats terrible. Chances of you developing your abs on that are only slightly greater than trying to develop abs by just thinking about them. Forget that you have ever seen that video or that thing. Find you a good complete abs book and/or and complete ab training routine on Youtube and do that instead. Make sure its one with a LOT of variations to hit all the muscles in different ways. Oh, and also make sure you are doing cardio as well. Preferable HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO instead of slow long distance cardio. It'll help keep the muscle you are trying to build.

Here are some good examples of what you should be doing: https://www.facebook.com/54017366616...6677554844132/

What has worked for me is what I said above - HEAVY whole body weight training and high intensity cardio (HIIT). This along with clean (no or very little breads, sugars, fats, etc.) food intake allowed me to get the six-pack as well as muscle growth.

How about not ask advice on an internet board? Not everyone can develop a six pack while others have it naturally.

Aside from diet, try to do plank exercise. Planks are an ideal exercise for the abdominal muscles exactly because they engage all major core muscle groups including the transverse abdominus. Improve your strength by doing strength exercises and eat more protein. Improve your water intake and sleeping.

I prefer to use "big" instead of muscular.
