My thoughts exactly. The thing is.. it's an invasion of privacy if you're filming others without their permission. (assuming you're in a public place with other people around.) And then doing what with it? Putting it on the internet? Not cool. Legal I suppose, but still not cool.

But then again, I think drones are evil so I'm a bit biased...
If you are in public invasion of privacy really doesn't apply

Well, I guess legally you are right.. but I still wouldn't do it, and a person should be able to jog on a trail without being filmed by a drone. I think drones have opened up a huge can of worms, in terms of ethics...

Sounds pretty useless and narcissistic, there are easier ways to acquire validation from your peers. Guaranteed the "analyses" will end up on facebook or some other social media network for people to up-vote and give attaboy comments.

agree....and there are ways to analyze gait without a drone.....there are thousands of Youtubers who VLOG their days with thousands if not hundreds of thousands of subscribers who'd use this for running, biking, kayaking or whatever they're documenting.

Kinda what I thought. Pretty dumb.

Thanks!
Nope. I'm a runner. I think it screams narcissism.
