Gyms at work and by my house are closed. I haven't worked out in two weeks. I feel like a blob. Anybody else experiencing this?

No, I have my own work equipment and use it daily. They could shut the gyms down for good and I wouldn't miss a blip.

Get a concept 2 rower for your house. It comes apart and nothing on it can break. You just oil the chain and its good to go. You can take it outside. It costs a grand but worth every penny. Put up a nice workout video and wammy 45 minutes is over.

I haven't exercised in a week and a half. I have the equipment to do it but I am just upset and down because I am not able to work because of a state mandate to close my business and have no income.

My gym at work is closed and I am working remotely so no more gym for me. I have made an effort to go and run outside. So far this week I have run 3 days out of 3. I am not lifting weights at the moment so that is one thing that bums me out. I should do some push-ups at least at home.

I bought a Bosu ball, stability ball, and some bands. I am trying to craft some workouts. My gym is posting some workouts on Youtube. But my heart is not into it as much as it would be if I were at the gym.

My gym is closed but I have equipment I can workout with at home. I just bought an inexpensive rowing machine from Walmart to supplement my workouts. Plus, I’ve been doing some live, virtual workouts.

I hurt my back a couple of days ago so I haven’t been working out lately. But I feel I’ve worked out more while being at home than having to go to work and schedule time to workout in the evenings. There’s more flexibility timing wise. At home, I can workout during the day whenever I have breaks, usually before 2pm.

I feel you, my best friend is in the same boat on her 2 salons.
But I must encourage you to train, as it's the best anti-depressant during these challenging times.
Think about how much better you'll look and feel, as opposed to those couch potatoes doing nothing; cuz' their gym is closed.

Yes! I have been going to my local gym regularly now for about 2 years. I mostly go for the silver sneakers classes which I miss immensely. I have equipment at home but I lose interest after about 10 minutes. The hour long class was fun and besides keeping us fit was a good source of camaraderie. My husband and I walk when the weather is nice (which has been a lot lately) but it still doesn't cover all the bases. I can tell my pants are a little tighter - a combination of stress/boredom eating and not enough exercise.

I was about to join a gym, when it was made apparent that we had a problem in the U.S. w/the virus.

So nothing's changed, but I wasn't able to start the program I was planning on.
