Like others have said…gained muscle. A pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. You will look better and be healthier, but you need to adjust how you think about the number that pops up on the scale and focus on how you look and feel instead.
You may also not be eating enough, or the right things for fat loss. 1200 calories is an old school, easy way to think about things…but it isn’t really the answer. Talk to a nutritionist and possibly someone in functional medicine. Your needs are unique to you.
It can be muscle mass. It could be water weight. That said muscles take up less room than fat.
