I had to do a search to see what this machine looks like. I've worked out at many gyms across the country and have never seen one of these machines. I would definitely give it a try.

I go to a different gym to bench only because they have thicker grip bench bars.

For some reason they are not that common except at some very hardcore powerlifting gyms where you might find it. Invented and popularized by Louie Simmons, legendary powerlifting coach of Westside gym.

I wish the gym I go to had a fully enclosed large room dedicated exclusively to old school training, with traditional equipment and nothing fancy or state of the art I would probably spend quite a bit of time there.

I assume you mean a room with only free weights. But when you say old school training, I graduated from HS and started college in 1973. Both my HS and college only had a couple Supergyms. Neither had any free weights.

You are right about what I meant for the most part I would like to have a few machines but I would like everything to be old school with nothing new or hight tech, like Iron dumbells Iron plates and atmosphere of pure hard-core training with no gimmicks or modern stuff

A punching bag. Great for cardio and working the shoulders, arms, and chest. Really miss hitting the bag.

I go to a remodeled Planet Fitness. For the most part, I like it . However, it would be great to have a sauna and or steam room to relax after the workout. If they only had it in the Black Card area, it would be worth it to me. I would like that time to relax in a peaceful setting.
