I didn't watch the video either, but if you look at the images in the OP, you can see that the women are fine-boned, IOW--have a delicate build. The only women who could achieve that look if they wanted to (I think they look abnormally stick-like; the modeling industry in the West was prohibited from requiring such an austere standard sometime back in the 90's) would be other women with similarly delicate bone structure.
