A few days ago, I chatted with my friend who was trapped in overweight about losing weight. Nowadays some people are night persons who sleep less than 8 hours every day which leads the insulin can't work normally, thus cause fat .However, some other people can't guarantee 8 hours' sleep everyday, just as my friend, because of work. So she gained weight recently. Afterward, the doctor suggested she use a Flex Belt while sleeping, and this helped her lose the weight caused by insufficient sleep.
In fact ,please sleep at least 8 hours a day if you want to lose weight healthily.

Well, I don't know about that.
I get about 10 hours sleep a night and I'm as skinny as a rail.
I think it comes down to how many calories are consumed, metabolism, and physical activity.

Yeah, I heard about this in the last few months. That some people actually lost weight when they started sleeping more. But I don't know if I truly believe this, you know.
Because I was told that if you wanted to lose weight or maintain your weight (in other words to keep it down) you stayed active during the day (move around), drink lots of water, and avoid certain high calorie foods/drinks. And still get plenty of rest.
I don't know about the FlexBelt thing, but when I used to work 3AM to 11AM I gained A LOT of weight. The majority of people on that shift did the same thing; a tranfer from another shift was good for at least 20 pounds. Thankfully I don't have to work those hours anymore because it was killing me. Now I have to figure out how to get the weight off.
