CHICAGO (AP) — Even in the "oldest old," a little physical activity goes a long way, extending life by at least a few years for people in their mid- to late 80s, Israeli researchers found.

Walking is great exercise for any age. It's great for the person who isn't very active, but is worried about trying to stay healthy and keeping their weight down. Walking is the answer. Just 1 hour a day (or 2-4 miles a day; 5-6 days a week) is great. Great for any age and any physical ability.
