While you are technically correct based on asking prices, the insurance/maintenance isn't free. The rims have to be discarded after 3 sets of tires are installed on them. Its about 80K for those and the tires will only last 11 minutes if you run the car at top speed (downforce at speed simply shreds the tires). Oil changes are 20K or something ridiculous due to the 16 drain plugs and the bodywork that needs to be removed:

Correct, but it’s people thinking let’s wait 5 years I’ll be able to buy this car for $5k at Steve’s buy here lot. Penny pinchers did not ever buy these cars.
