Niacinamide is good for your skin. I open a capsule, mix it with water and spread it on like a mask. After 30 minutes or so I rinse it off. It makes your skin soft and smooth.

No, niaciamide downregulates Sirutin-1 & is pro aging. The best beauty tips are to use retinoids beginning in late 20s, wear sunscreen & stay out of the sun & eat a healthy low gkycemic high protein diet. The Dukan diet is your best bet.
Learn to apply makeup correctly from Laura Mercier, ie, the flawless face technique. Study fashion & dress appropriately for your age. Wear longer hair unless you are stunning & get professional coloring. Keep your teeth whitened. After 40 go on hormones to stay young & sexy forever.

This is more the French approach & seems to work for them.

Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary: Definition: niacinamide

Niacinamide | What Are Those Ingredients in Your Skin-Care Products? | Real Simple

Nicotinic acid/niacinamide and the skin. [J Cosmet Dermatol. 2004] - PubMed result

I'll take good ole American science over anything the French say or do.
