If overweight people are offended by that commercial, it is because of their own ignorance. That anti-jiggle commercial is for compression clothes. If you are offended, then it is because you don't know what compression clothes are. Don't blame Old Navy, blame yourself.
Its not like you don't jiggle anyway thin or fat. Maybe a guy won't...but only if they had insanely low body fat. The muscle still jiggles a bit anyway in that case too.
I too hated those mannequin commercials...when I see the "jiggle" commercial my only thought is that they can only sell those to toothpicks.
My favorite Old Navy commercial was a couple of years ago with that Ingrid Michaelson song
I don't think it's offensive at all...and I think it's great that Old Navy makes exercise clothes in plus sizes. Would be even nicer if they had them in the stores instead of just online, but I'll take what I can get.
And any well-endowed woman who's ever been jogging knows that you don't have to be overweight to jiggle.
Yep.
Sometimes the butt will jiggle too... and it doenst have to be "fat."
