For all of you men who love to wear sandals, I can only imagine its because you live in this world where there is never a confrontation. If S--t hits the fan, you should be ready to run, or fight and wearing sandals aint good for neither one.
And also, the point of sandals should be for women to show off pretty feet. Why the hell does a man want to show off his toes? Just paint them too while your at it.
Be a man and put on a pair of damm shoes! The biblical look is long gone

Uh... I guess I'm lucky because so far in my life, there have been no confrontations lol!
I wear sandals/flip flops all summer. Mostly when I go out the front door to walk the dog or do something outside. We don't wear shoes in our house so we leave them on the front porch, and it's convenient. I've never heard of anyone being grossed out by feet. I keep my nails in good shape, so my feet look fine

PS: I am most definitely a man, and here in the Pacific NW, esp. on the dry but also usually cold side of the Cascade mountains, we men not only wear sandals, but (Oh. My. GOD!) wear sox under them!
DH, a decorated USMC combat veteran wears only dress shoes or sandals! Dress shoes for work, sandals everywhere else. The leather kind with one strap around ankle and another around toe area.
We were in Jackson Hole over New Years one year and he wore sandals in the snow

My cousin said that flip flops and sandals are the way to go in the summer, even for guys. I know they are popular with college students but I am in my 30sThey're comfortable, they're cool...but can't help but feel slightly silly or feminine wearing them. Am I crazy or does it take time to get used to them?
Don't be silly! Go ahead and wear them! Most of the men in S. Florida (including hubby and son) wear sandals year round!
All this talk about feet...maybe people should be looking up and see what is really going on??
