Yes I use it. Retin a is a brand of tretinoin. Best thing I ever did for my skin other than using a sunscreen daily. It's covered by my insurance but without probably costs over $100 for a 3 month supply. It didn't just fade the sunspots (they won't be able to fade dark moles though) but also got rid of the acne and evened out the complexion entirely. I think I read somewhere that it had a beneficial effect on tumors.

It should also be available as a generic too. I would ask a pharmacist about the generic cost.
