I think that 1st pic....he's just lost a lot of weight. Maybe he was preparing for a role or hitting the coke too much.

Doesn't the guy have a pretty well-known appreciation for the marijuana? Could that explain why his face is permanently like that?
If everyone who smoked pot looked like this, you would see a lot more people who looked like this.
While I think his face is very wrinkled for his age, he does have a... good face (? I am not sure how to better phrase that) He looks distinctive, not deformed as many have alluded to.
What is interesting is that they are not fine wrinkles at all. The wrinkles are deep, but they are few.

Well it is the Fashion and Beauty section. This is part of it. Discussing Beauty on others, what you find beautiful, beauty questions, etc.
Same way there's a section for Celebrities, whom people discuss, but don't know and may never meet.
It could be asked why would anyone take the time to type out a message for a topic they, supposedly, don't care about just to complain about others talking about it. Like if you don't care about Kim Kardasian, then why go to a thread discussing her just to say people should't care, or be taking, about Kim K.

I can't think of a male celebrity caught lying about his age. And, consistent with his stated age, James Franco has a famous brother (Dave) who is years younger.
Maybe cocaine? Or speed? The guy was in grad school in NYC at the same time he was filming movies and doing art projects on the side. Coffee can only do so much when you're juggling all that, and it's not like stimulants are a rarity in Hollywood.
