I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but a lot of people post issues about skin problems here so I'll post it here. For those who don't know, "bacne" is when you have acne on your back. I've tried washing my back in the shower using a brush and it helps but I still have scars left behind. I want to be able to get rid of the scars and have clear skin on my back. Does anyone else have this problem? I think it runs in my family because my mom and brother have it as well.

Have you gone to a dermatologist? This sounds more clinical then a random breakout.

I haven't, but now that you mention it I'm going to try in the near future.

I once dealt with this, many years ago - this is the product that cleared it up and kept it gone - not sure what to say about scars though- you may have to wait for those to just fade over time.

Carley's Clear and Smooth Acne Treatment
(read here to see how they invented it)

Depends on what kind of bacne it is. You can try a back facial to start. If you have a good bit of active acne the smoothbeam laser treatments are incredibly effective for most people and it works rather quickly.

Sometimes it's hormonal but sometimes it can also be from build up especially if you do a lot of working out don't get to the shower right away etc.

Do you live in a humid climate? When I did, backed was a problem. When I moved to a drier climate, it went away.

I used a salux cloth to scrub my back and it helps with bacne I guess it would be similar to the brush. Guessing you're a guy, but I noticed I would get the acne on areas that had the most contact/irritation like where my bra straps rubbed. Probably won't apply but if you wear something that makes your skin itchy and irritated that may be a factor too. For scarring I used Banish for my face on the dark spots, it might work for your back too

you definitely need to scrub well, try proactive, it works. After the shower, i would dry well , use lotion, and let it dry out. some people might say no , but having some one clean your back with hydrogen peroxide may also help your situation.

you may also want to try changing detergent, keep fresh bed sheets, fresh t shirt and clothing, and avoid poly/synthetic fabrics for a while.

good luck!
