My tradition is to wear Red on Christmas, Pink on Valentine's Day and Easter, and Green on St. Patrick's Day. However, one holiday where I don't have a specific color to wear is the Fourth of July.
This gives me some potential options - of my IZOD collection, appropriate choices seem to be Real Red, Bright White, or Mazarine Blue. I might be leaning towards the Mazarine Blue, since I use Real Red on Christmas.
Regardless of the brand or the shade, should I wear Red, White, or Blue?
White would be the coolest color. I haven't gone anywhere today so I have on beige and mint green.
I would wear blue, too. I threw on a blue shirt by coincidence today and didn't realize I was wearing it until midday. At least I'm following the spirit, now!
My best friend is currently on vacation in Montana and intentionally wore red, white and blue yesterday instead of today just to be a rebel. To each their own
Okay, I wore a Real Red IZOD Windward Interlock Polo, white socks, and blue denim shorts. The problem with the Mazarine Blue Advantage Polo is that I didn't have anything else that was red to go with it.
Now that we're past 4th of July, Labor day is only a few months away. Time to start planning that outfit.
Is there a certain color to wear, or is all white still the color of choice?
Pragmatically I'd wear all whites since in theory you put those away until Memorial Day. Being Jewish though I go with whites until the High Holy Days, the unofficial end of my summer. It usually comes up too fast after Labor Day to get much work done in between.

Although Labor Day is a day to have a three-day weekend, I don't consider it festive enough to wear a specific outfit or color combination.
However, at my house, I did put up red, white, and blue bulbs outside starting Memorial Day weekend and will be leaving them up until this weekend. Not to mention there is also Flag Day on June 14. If you have seen my posts in the House forum, I put up different colored bulbs for different holidays.
My husband and I bought matching 4th of July t-shirts and wore them to a fireworks event last night. Then we grabbed a pair of 3D sunglasses for the pictures. We don't usually dress alike, but when we do, we have fun with it.
