I use Dial bar soap. Love the way it smells, and it cleans well. It is drying, though, so I have to moisturize right away.
Yep, regular old Dial Gold works for me. I have never "moisturized", really don't see a need for it.
But then, I like soaking my old, tired, body in a tub of hot water once or twice a week. I use Dawn apple scented hand wash for "bubble bath" (blue dawn dish soap works well, too). OK, so I'm weird.
I use bar soaps for washing my hands. I found some really good plant-based soaps at the .99 Store, of all places! They're made in the USA by Shugar Soapworks.
Love it! Looks like their mission is to be priced accessibly and be available at places that usually don't have a wide selection of "natural" stuff. The 99cent store is out of the way for me, but I live close to Grocery Outlet.
Oh good! Hope you like it. My skin is hypersensitive so I've had a hard time finding soaps that don't cause problems. I've never had an issue with the Shugar soaps, plus they all smell wonderful.
But I just meant why did they prefer Irish Spring. I'll just assume it's because it's so strongly scented for those long, hard days on the job. (No pun intended.)
At first I was about to give my own lentil and ham soup recipe..
Hie thyself to the recipe forum, lassie!
