JCPenney, Kohl's, or Macy's (brands, male, buy, cheap)

I know everybody has a favorite department store, but between the three, which would you pick?
I would probably pick Kohl's, since they tend to be more friendly towards e-commerce shoppers and carry brands that I like, plus there is a Kohl's near my house.

Macy’s, my closest one is over two hours away. They have great sales and a large selection in the petite department. Kohl’s and JCP petite departments are awful.

Macy's. totally! A bigger selection in general, pretty good quality, and good style. Plus they carry some higher-end designers, whose items you can buy very reasonably during the sale events. They also have some high-quality bed-and-bath lines that are available for cheap during sales and when they discontinue a set of colors, or a brand.
There's only one in my entire state but it's only 1 hr. away.
Penney’s is my least favorite. (And apparently I’m not alone, since they’re struggling to stay open). Kohl’s is never on my radar (I’ve never been impressed with their offerings). And the only time I ever go to Macy’s in when I’m in NYC and can get to Herald Square (maybe once every two or three years?)
I don’t really do department stores other than occasionally Nordstrom’s.
Oh Macy's BY FAR! They have the largest style variety & most of what I like.
I never have to step foot in Kohl's. I only really go there if I got a gift card in the mail that they used to give out & I live 3 minutes from a Kohl's location.
JCPenney's so-so nowadays. In the 1990s, I didn't care for them, but there were a good several to 10 yrs there in the 2000s when they were pretty good...stylish clothing & at a good price, but they seemed to have gone downhill again in the last year (well w/ female clothing anyway).
I've always liked Nordstrom & if money was no object, I'd shop at Boomingdale's, Anthropologie, & some other smaller boutique-y type stores.

I like Kohl's for their clothing selection. I can find clothing items that are comfortable and match my taste, as well as cute clothing for my teens. Their stuff is overpriced, but if you can get some good coupons and/or find the stuff on sale you can get a good deal. I also like their seasonal household items..
I can never find things that I like at J.C. Penny or Macy's, so I just stopped even trying to shop at either of these stores.
I used to shop more at Macy's, until they dropped a brand that I really love (although you can still occasionally find it at their Backstage stores). Kohl's and JCPenney still carry it; Kohl's is just more e-commerce friendly.

Same. Macy's are messy, and loading up on low quality brands. Penney's items feel low quality most of the time (and are pretty far away for me). And save a couple of brands - Kohl's feels low quality or dowdy.
I prefer Target and Nordstrom.
Macy's has tons of coupons, if I want something super specific, getting on sale at Macy's is good.
