I'm retired, and honestly around the house I wear these now. I bought them at REI last year and love them! (I'm not "huge", but I do have "healthy" boobs. ) It has just enough support to keep me "up". I do still wear bras when I go out though...and I wear only underwire.

It's very tricky to get a good fit online.
When I go to a real store and take a bunch to the dressing room, most of the times I walk out without buying anything. Couldn't imagine getting anything fitting right online, without the stress of buying and returning. Especially if you don't have any favorite brand that you KNOW will fit.

OP, do you know your actual bra size? It kind of sounds like your cup size might've changed, as your breasts aren't as full as they used to be, right? Are you looking for a sports bra with support?

Maybe something like this?

I quit wearing wires years ago, and I'm a 38DD. Right now I'm wearing these: https://www.amazon.com/Kalon-Padded-..._dp&th=1&psc=1

They come with pads that are removable. I take them out because I don't want any more size. I tried sports bras for a bit, but pulling them on and off just made me ticked off. These have hook and eye just like regular bras. The straps can be adjusted. There's a truckload of colors. And it's a really good value at 4 for $38. They're really comfortable, and I have no issues with them not holding anything up. And I'm 65.

Here, let me see if I can help you.

First things first. You MUST get measured by a "fitment professional." (85% of women are wearing the wrong size.) Re-read that again.

Now, try this~

https://www.wacoal-america.com/bras

You're welcome!

EDIT~ A "fitment professional" is NOT some snot nosed person working her first job at Macy's in the "intimates" dept. You may need to go to a seamstress for accurate measuring. (Wear a plain white T-shirt, crewneck when going in for measuring.) No designs, no pockets, just 100% PLAIN.

Thanks all.

I will try re-measuring also.

But i believe the biggest (haha) problem is gravity. I think it's hard to get the lift without underwire. And i don't need the POINTS like the old-movie days... but i need lift.

I will check some of the recommendations... thanks again.

Most women experience weight fluctuations so factor that in when you go bra shopping.

Some boutique stores will let you try on bras.

There are sizing charts online that can give you an idea of what sizes to buy.

I find that a balconette type bra works best for me. I'm a 34ddd. I buy mine at Soma lately. I'm 71, so I definitely sag.

I go to places like Victoria's Secret or Soma. They are expensive, but it is nice to have someone help fit me and find a proper fit and style.
