Actually... I do. High quality ink, excellent artist, well thought out placement and above all above par skin care and I will have excellent skin for many years to come ink or no ink.

The quality of ink used in tattoos has made leaps and bounds in the last 30 or so years and the problems that used to be prevalent (the blob blending you mentioned) are a thing of the past AS LONG AS YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH. If you go to a crappy artist that uses sub par ink and does a bad job (depending on where the tattoo is going, what you're tattooing be it color, lines etc. you use different needles, different machine speeds and different techniques) AND you don't take care of your skin then yes, you will eventually have a wrinkled blob.

There are many woman who have been getting tattooed for 10, 15,20 years or more who's tattoos still look as fresh as the day they got them. There are many factors to quality and unfortunately most people simply don't know any better.

Oh, and I don't have a chest/boob tattoo... like I said earlier, I'm rather ample busted and know that it's poor placement for a tattoo for my body type.

I have tattoos but NONE on my chest.. I just think they are distasteful on a woman's chest. They put them there just so people will look.

Here ya go.. some pics of women with chest tattoos.. the sewing machine is pretty funny, not really sure if that one is even real..lol.. Hmmm the last one is.. well... umm I just don't think I have ever seen one quite like that.

I don't necessarily agree with the 'they put them there so people will look'. Maybe some women do, but it's a VERY painful area to get tattooed and not many women will go through it just so they can get people to look at their chest. Trust me, it doesn't take a tattoo for people to look at a ladies chest

I think its a bad idea to get tats on anywhere that is soft and can be affected by weight changes if you are female. I have had many artists say the same thing to me.

Those boob eyes are just creepy..WHY would you put eyes on your BOOBS?

I think an informative Tatoo bon her forhead like BJ or 69, some kind of scarlet letter would be better.
