33/34 inch waist depending on brand I am 6'0" and as of this morning before I had about a pound of turkey I was 207lbs and my BF% is around 12-13% but in summer I tend to go to around 200lbs and aim for 8-10% then I wear 33's because 34's get a bit to baggy.

heres a pic of me from summer at just over 200LBS as you can see I am wearing 34's and they are a little too baggy

His: 36-38" | 6'2'' | 225 lbs(have no idea what his BF is atm)
mine: 26" | 5'6''+ish | 122 (I have no idea what my BF is atm)

Do you guys think they are making waist cuts bigger? Its something we have noticed in men's jeans more so than pants.

Depending on the designer or brand, I wear either a 31 or 32. I'm 5'7" and I probably weigh somewhere between 135 and 145. My DH/partner wears a 34 and he's 6'4" and weighs around 236.

34"
Some of my pants are 36", but they're pretty loose. 34" is snug but not tight.
