I don't know where you guys live, but I've rarely ever seen anyone who looked that unkempt.
Sure, many people when going out to run errands dress in their casual clothes, so what? People now a days are juggling a lot in a single day, not everyone wants to waste time getting all dolled up just to run errands.
I'm just thankful to see people not go to the store in their pj bottoms (which I saw a lot around college campuses, even so I'll let that pass because I know what it's like to be a college student.)
I do, however, expect people to know how to dress appropriately for an occasion. If you're going to a nice church, store, restaurant, dress accordingly.
Actually, forget about that first sentence. The town that I currently live in is...different than what I'm use to seeing in the city.
I've seen lots of people in camo and John Deere stuff. Those who do take time to really dress up kinda go overboard in my opinion. It looks like they're obviously trying too hard. Don't even get me started on the horrible tanning jobs.
